Lente De La Cámara: Batangas

My camera has her own mood and my feet agrees with it. I feel like I need to get the most out of Lipa while I'm still on vacation. That's why I rushed out off the house and took some pics while wearing the cutest slippers in the world!--the BULATE slippers (sana cute din yung feet ko noh)

I'm with my brother and luckily he's on off too, kaya ayun may taga payong ako! ahaha

Our subdivision is still not fully developed yet. You will see old houses and most of them are already covered with wild vines. One of them has this vintage look metal gate.

As we go along, one thing that attracted me the most is this goat from somewhere.

mahilig gumawa ng story ang lente ng kamera ko, pero dito sa foto na ito, although medyo madrama wala akong maisip na magandang storya. ahaha. hmmm...the missing goat?

I wasn't able to see interesting views here most probably because I'm already used to it and it won't give me an impact anymore. So I just captured some when we went back home.

The Pavement

the walls on the left are clouded with wild vines as well.
I admit strolling under the extreme heat from the sun is really tiring. That's why we stopped for a while to get our selves this hearty dish from the south.
You'll not feel the breeze of this cozy urban if you'll not try indulging your self to the aroma of the famous LOMI.

Since it is known here in Batangas, this egg noodle with chicharon, slices of meat and pork liver topped with quail eggs will amaze you more if you have the soy sauce with labuyo and shallot to match with it. If you'll ask the price, Php 45.00 will not hurt you since this pancit can fill up your stomach till the day ends.
Yummy! ^_^

Time to go home and syempre, what will ease the walk exercise (not really!) is to have a cup of kapeng barako again.

HOME sweet HOME
^_^

Primera Muestra: Mi Familia

I belong to a family who loves to EAT. Not mentioning my weight but it shows ^_^
Though, that might be the sad part but no regrets! I'm so proud to have a mom who's really has a talent for cooking. Yep, alam ng angkan namin yan. Her magic can turn simple food to something mouth-watering that you wont resist! Let's sight some samples.

Every days off, I normally go home to Lipa.
And its so good to sip a hot cup of kapeng barako to cover your self from the cold temperature in my home town.
Who would refuse a hearty breakfast of luncheon meat with eggs and fried rice!

with pritong gigi na masarap isawsaw sa sukang kurat!

whew! yummy! nothing can compare sa sinangag sa umaga. Though, this meal really doesn't look like extraordinary, what makes it outstanding is the thought that my family enjoys having breakfast together especially pag umuuwi ako from manila.

From a heavy calorie breakfast down to a light weight lunch, say hello to Buttered veggies!
broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom and young corn saute in butter and garlic in side and roasted chicken inasal for the main course
Who can't resist these? especially with steaming hot rice. I think this one's heavy as well. sa halip na 1 cup of rice lang naka 2 ata ako. Well, there's really no place like home!

I decided to feature this one first because i think it would be best to bring out things i have at home. My next ones gonna be the the things out of my comfort zone
el hogar es donde está mi corazón!
Home is really where my heart is!
(really not good at Spanish yet but i'm working on it)

Mi Primera

I've been travelling since high school and college days but i wasn't able to catch pictures of those times and I honestly regret it. But now that I have all the time in the world, I believe this is the right time to capture every moment and share all these things  to the world!

This picture was taken during my travel from Makati going to Lipa City, Batangas my home town!

I feel and believe that this is the right time to start this.. "Mi Primera" my first.
